What your guest sees

From scanning the code at the door to “it’s your turn”, on their phone.

Start the tour

Your guest needs no app and no explanation. Their phone is enough.

They scan and join

They point their phone camera at the QR code by your door and your venue’s page opens. They confirm their phone number once with a code, so the alert reaches them on time, then pick their party size and join.

They see their turn, live

The page shows their number, how many parties are ahead and when to expect their turn as an honest range (say, 20–30 minutes) instead of a single number that may not hold. It updates by itself as the line moves.

They wait where they like

Because their place is on their phone, they can wait in the car or next door instead of standing in your doorway, which is the number one reason guests walk away.

“It’s your turn”

When you call them, the page on their phone turns into a clear “it’s your turn” screen, and they get an alert through the browser or the app, and may get a WhatsApp or SMS message too. If they’re late, LABB reminds them by itself.

When they arrive they tap “I’m here — check in” and get a short code to show the host when they’re seated.

After the visit

They’re asked one star rating about the wait, then a few short optional questions: what went well, whether the alerts reached them on time, and anything to improve. You get the answers.

Their data

We collect a name and a phone number only, and use them to tell that guest about their turn and nothing else. Never sold or shared, and handled in line with the PDPL.

Fifteen minutes is enough to know if LABB fits your venue

We’ll ask about your venue and your peak hours, and show you the screens on a business like yours.
